The room is stylishly designed, a work by a renowned designer. The rooftop bar is beautiful. The breakfast is plentiful and varied. It's not far from the city center, a 20-minute walk, and an 8-minute walk from the train station.

It's my second stay in this hotel when I was on business trip in this area. It is not located in the city center, but for business very practical. They have a big free parking lot in front of the hotel. The restaurant is really good with a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the hotel rooms are spacious and clean. It is also very quiet. I would stay there again if I am around the area.

Let's start with the cons. The bathroom lacks an electrical outlet that could plug in a razor or toothbrush, for example. The television is smaller than what we would find in a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast pastries are certainly not baked fresh. The pros. A very professional welcome, especially with a smile, was excellent, explaining everything we needed to know. The hotel amenities are pleasant, with easy access to the elevator and the rooms. The room itself is very welcoming, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is very decent, with a bathtub that doubles as a shower. The added bonus is the handle, which makes it easier to get in and out of the bathtub. The well-designed bathtub mat is reassuring and prevents slipping. The separation of the toilet and bathroom by, you might say, another room is also a plus. The breakfast is fantastic; there's something for everyone. Some products are unique, if not never found anywhere else. The morning staff is also very welcoming. From the greeting, did you sleep well, and were you satisfied with the room? I say congratulations for those little words that make you want to come back, when necessary, of course. The location is very good. It is just about 300 metres from the train station. From my apartment (217), I had a view of moving trains as the property is located close to the rail lines. It is just in the centre of Metz City, close to supermarkets such as Carrefour, Match and the rest. The facilities worked very well throughout my stay with the exception of the heater in my room. I improvised with the heater in the rest room. The interior is very neat though the exterior can be better. The staff mind their business but assisted when approached. I asked for an extension of 2 hours beyond the checkout time to relax before the scheduled time of my train to Paris and it was approved without stress.

Located next to the train station, the room is small and pitiful, it is a bit reluctant to live alone. The breakfast was good. Parking is extremely inconvenient. You have to grab a seat on the road and drive away before 9 o'clock in the morning, otherwise there will be a brother to post the list.

Bon accueil. Notre chambre était rénovée et agréable avec une baignoire. Pour mieux isoler de l'extérieur, un sas avec une porte a été ajouté. Cependant, la chambre était mal insonorisée et deux voitures ont eu les vitres brisées sur le parking.

The front desk staff helped us carry our suitcases up to the third floor, which was really kind of them.
