Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly and attentive and the hotel is very clean, stylish and in a good safe area that's easily walkable.
Having the gym was great and there is a circle K opposite of the hotel.
The daily breakfast was delicious and healthy located on the rooftop restaurant

Guest service relation team is excellent, made our stay more enjoyable.
Breakfast is good with a variety of food, fresh juice and noodle station. Hotel is clean and close to malls and restaurants.

As you enter the lobby strong smell of artificial perfume surrounds you which made me nauseous.
We were upgraded to kingbed room.
Shower head was broken. Shallow sink was designed for looks only. It splushes water The large structural column by the window takes up the whole one corner of the room. The room is small enough not accommodate lounge chair. Espresso maker is also broken as to the pod doesn’t stay and fall through. If you are carefully pressing it down slowly it will stay where it get skewered.
This hotel is not a bad hotel. Great location. Staff is as nice as many restaurants and hotels in town. I will not stay here again because there are plenty of better hotels and rentals to stay in Mexico City.

I love this hotel, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and with some luxury amenities. But the best thing is definitely the location, it allows you to be in one of the best areas of the city and find everything on foot.

I argued with the receptionist and asked for a change, but they changed my room the next day. I stayed in a standard room for one night.
