I Never write reviews but I decided to help anyone looking for a hotel avoid this one, the hotel advertise as 5 stars but is far from a 5 star hotel starting from the fact that doesn't have any facility like a lift, a pool or a gym, the rooms are so small, the hotel is pretty on the outside and nicely decorate rooms but it doesn't match with the rest of the hotel that is very outdated and frankly have a hostel vibe, the nose is constant specially on the night from the small bar and rooms with laud music, the walls have mold, the area for clothes is so small and just a couple of hangers, the walls are fake porcelain marble style and is clear is not marble, the shower is bad quality barely any water and never gets hot, the service could no be worst, I called multiple times from London very kind and polite as I was travelling alone with my 10 year old daughter to please help me to put a small bed or mattress and no one help or send me a message, I also offer to pay or buy it myself, upon arrival I was talk my daughter was no welcome and I told the receptionist how many times I had called and try to pay and just been told to basically go away, I also called the manager and never got a call back or any help, so at the end I left my very expensive hotel lost the money but found another hotel where the people were kind and helpful, I went to Colima71, when I check out they where 4 people at reception I was thinking how hard was to just be kind, this hotel is for Instagram pictures but doesn't have the services and the staff has no been trained in been kind or helpful, and the hotel is charging 5 stars prices for the deco but has't got the services it feels more like a glorify hostel.

Everything was delightful, the manager was always there to support any request and question I had. The staff is unbeatable. If you are into ecological, vanguard, and elegant places, this is a most for you to stay. Everything from the food to the room amenities were a top 5 in my guest house’s favs.
