Only hotel in Mexico I have stayed at that insistently bangs on the door for service, so do not expect to sleep in. More important, it stinks like a dog pissed on the gross carpet, so you will want have your foot wear on to venture from the bed to the bathroom. Its budget extreme for the money, at the bottom for everything, but location.

I don't recommend it, there are bedbugs in the room, everything stinks 👎👎👎 it's impossible to even spend the night

It's dirty and messy. There are black things on the bed. There are cockroaches in the corners. The toilet is black. I can't help but feel sick. The public security is not good. Be careful. I won't stay and just leave. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's really cheap. Not good stuff

En la habitación 206 le falta ventilador por qué el cuarto es muy reducido y se encierra el calor Pero lo demás muy bien

完美的👍有熱水，有電風扇，每天房間都很乾凈！所有的工作人員熱情友好！出門就可以看到革命紀念塔，周圍餐廳和購物也非常方便！喜歡這裏！

Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable y la ubicación excelente, a 20 metros de la estación del metrobus

Mega bad service, the beds and the room were super dirty, full of hair everywhere, the beds were full of BEDBUGS, the worst thing is that everything has carpet, we complained and requested a refund and they refused, the receptionist could not solve anything for us, we asked to speak to the manager, he refused because it was 4 pm

El hotel tiene buena ubicación pues en la cercanía se encuentra el monumento a la Revolución y caminando puedes desplazarte al paseo dela Reforma. En las inmediaciones hay tienda de conveniencia y por la noche restaurante para cenar. Hotel no apto para gustos exigentes. Habitación aseada y económico. Disfruta de Ciudad de México porque: ¡La VIDA...es un VIAJE!

Si vas a pagar un hotel para que sean amables este NO LO RECOMIENDO. la recepcionista es una grosera, trata a los huesped de chillones. cobran por guardar las maletas antes del chekin. SE REFIERE a los huesped de pobretones. malisimo. se paga por servicio por que hoteles ay muchos.

excelente el logro de toda una vida mi parecer fue una excelente experiencia si volviera a nacer volvería a hospedarme en este hotel de 5 estrellas , lo unico que solo estuve un dia hospedado aqui en arizona pero lo recomendaria para todo el publico.
