The hotel facilities are very new. The hotel rooms are very clean. The restaurant doesn’t have a buffet but if you get a room with breakfast included they will serve you coffee, juice or fruit and eggs prepare as you wish. You can also ask for the breakfast menu and order from there. Food is very good. The green juice is delicious. The attention from the waiters is always friendly and fast. The gym is newly renovated and it has very good equipment. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, specially Pamela who was able to help me upgrade the room. The location is very practical and there are malls and restaurants close by. Very pleased with Elements hotel. I always stay there when in business in Mexico City.

Disappointed No free coffee available for a 4 star hotel and my wine bottle was small when in other hotels I get a large bottle. Disappointed

Hospitality is great. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are professional. They’re also helpful and good at accommodating travelers such as hiring taxi drivers etc. I’ll definitely book again in the future!

Excellent Place to Stay. The entire experience was better than expected. The service by the front desk was super friendly. Sofia took care of us for the entirety of our stay. I used the workout place, which had all the essentials for a good workout routine. The room was great and when we extended our stay, they arranged for us not to move rooms. That to me was going above and beyond. Great place to stay with tons of things to do around it, all within walking distance.

Be aware of the type of room booking I was put in a non balcony room when I booked balcony. Was resolved after I spoke up.
