The staff at the hotel,particularly Angel Amheed went above and beyond to make our stay such a pleasure. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but he also helped us make arrangements to visit many of the sites we were interested in seeing.

My fiancée and I stayed at Kimpton Virgilio in Polanco while we were in Mexico City scouting wedding venues, and it could not have been a better home base for such a special trip. The hotel charges you what they should considering the level of service and quality of the rooms and amenities. And in a perfect location. Everything was incredibly clean, the windows were soundproof even though we were on a smaller side street so the noise wasn’t bad either way. We were generously upgraded to the best room in the hotel, which completely elevated our stay. The views were beautiful, the design felt thoughtful and refined, and the bathroom was absolutely stunning. It felt luxurious without being over the top. The rooftop patio is gorgeous and feels intimate and private, like a peaceful escape above the city. After long days exploring venues, it was the perfect place to unwind. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly attentive, warm, and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel genuinely cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City, especially for a special occasion.

I was very impressed with the concierge Angel Munoz. He was extremely helpful went out of his way to find us two different tours and drivers. We had to adjust our schedule and our request several times and he was incredibly patient and resourceful. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

My sister recently stayed at the IHG in Polanco, and was staying there over her 40th birthday. I got in touch to see if they could support me in arranging a surprise for her from me and my family, and I was so grateful that I was met with real desire to support and make it a special day! Angel was so helpful in sharing ideas, and decorated the room, provided a cake, and wrote a note to leave we the champagne we bought. Whilst I didn’t stay there, it certainly makes me want to! Thanks again for your kindness and attitude towards helping, really appreciated! :)
