This place was just stunning! Like being in a old palace The furniture and fittings were all beautiful and the bed was so so lovely I had a great sleep Communial areas we also stunning Staff super lovely and it’s felt very safe there My new spot 100% when I’m in the city such amazing value

Even though I made a reservation, when I visited on the day, the room was full and I couldn't get in, which was the worst. Everyone, please be careful.

The store's service attitude is very good. Although you can't check in early, their hot water system is good and can quickly produce hot water. They provide 24-hour door opening service and a good security system.

Casa Chopo was amazing! Comfortable, clean, safe and the location is close to downtown. Public transportation is close and practical. Adolfo and Rocio were friendly and professional. I will definitely return to Casa Chopo!

The staff was great but there was a mix up with the reservation. We ( my friend and I )booked 2 single rooms but when we got there at2 am there only had one single and a double .We had the both sleep in a double for one night .After that we had a room with 2 single beds.Also the hot water takes a good 15=20 to get hot so be patient .
