Worst hotel experience in a long time. 1. Room was dirty and noisy My room faced the main street — traffic noise all night, couldn't sleep. Bed sheets had stains, floor was dusty, bathroom didn't look clean. 2. They wanted extra money to change room I asked for a cleaner and quieter room. They said yes — but I had to pay more. Seriously? You give me a bad room, and I have to pay extra for a normal one? 3. Staff were rude, zero service No apology, no help, no care. Just cold faces like I was bothering them. They don't care about guests at all. 总结： Dirty + noisy + extra charges + rude staff. If you want to sleep and be treated like a human, stay somewhere else.

Worst place 1. Four times to get room passcode to work. Made me go up 12 floor 2. No internet access in room 3. Poor customer service to resolve issue. Told to wait 4. Not helpful day time attendants to surrounding 5. Brick size wall, easy to fall out of 12 floor or EARTHQUAKE 6. Extra Charge for daily room cleaning outrageous 7. Elevator closes after 4 times open and closes 8. No tooth brush after spending $80 ***

Good location and kind staff but extremely noisy if you get the window on the main road: no matter which floor you stay, you hear sirens (police, ambulance, …) literally all night loudly

This is in a really good location with really nice rooms - I recommend the nicer rooms with large windows, it's a really cool way to see and experience the city. Service was really good even though I also had the problem that it took a few codes to finally work. They are also responsive via Whatsapp. Looking for ward to staying on my next trip.

The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks. What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference. I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!
