The roof terrace is not an open roof terrace it is a closed room as such would be better as a room. Mattress cover plastic - horrible

Very nice, well run hotel. Staff was fantastic.
Rooms for the most part do not have a window, but that allowed for a better sleep as the neighborhood can be quite noisy.
A gym would have been nice.

Noisy x 24/7 if the patio door is left open overnight. Cars honking, sirens (nearby urgent care centre), people yelling (occ screaming)

Beautiful hotel and great staff! Everything was seamless and amazing from check in to check out. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again!!

This property was fantastic and just a great vibe. We loved the location and the accessibility to all of the restaurants/cultural areas/shopping. Sergio the property manager was amazing. We had a little snafu the first night. The staff rectified and were very attentive to us the whole time. Gabriela (concierge) , Taynet and Paula at restaurant were all great!

This is a small luxury hotel in a very nice neighborhood. It's a giga city. Gabriela & all the staff there were incredible & made my stay hugely memorable.. it was my first time in Mexico & I don't speak Spanish. I got to see a lot of the highlights of this gorgeous place over a 4-day stay. Everyone was cooperative, cordial & did their best. Breakfast was included in my room category which was a feast.
