Great location, generous breakfast, CLEAN room and common areas! Security at front door was reassuring and Alejandro the concierge was a pleasure to meet.
Water in sink and shower was too slow to get warm…never got hot. 🥲

The hotel is in the city center, very close to Constitution Square. The transportation is very convenient and the environment is good. The breakfast was rich and the service was attentive. The room is a large suite and very cost-effective, but the facilities are a bit old.

The location is in the (historical) center of Mexico's old city. It is very close to the square and the Presidential Palace within walking distance. The old neighborhood near the hotel is very lively and crowded. There is a security guard at the entrance of the hotel. You need to swipe your room card to enter after 10 pm The hotel has a glass door; taxis can be parked in front of the hotel; the cheapest standard room in the hotel is small in area and has an inner window facing the atrium. After looking at the room, we decided to pay more to upgrade to a room with a larger outer window; the hotel is a It's a very old building with an elevator; the breakfast is a decent continental breakfast.

The water from the faucet was slow and the bathroom facilities were a bit old. There was a slight misunderstanding when checking in, but Ctrip customers resolved it quickly. The hotel has a sense of history.
