房間寬敞，乾淨，附近吃飯逛街都很方便。性價比不錯。一邊是內窗，後來有房間後換到臨街的房間，亮堂很多。雖然前台不會英文，用翻譯軟件可以交流

Thtoilet was broken they did not fix it until the next day, no iron in the room, The bed was hard, they gave us two pillows, we had to argue withem about getting two more pillows, room service brought us cold breakfast, no microwave in the room. Security told my family member to move the car when it was noticeable that we were having a family conversation. Very rude secuirty. I wil not go back to this hotel

I didn’t like the room next to the stairway it slammed all night. Other than that I love it. It was great for me to rest away from home. Will be staying there again.

ME ROBARON!! Sacaron mi dinero de mi maleta y el hotel no ofreció investigar ni darme el nombre de la camarera para presentar denuncia. No ofrecieron ningún apoyo y no tienen seguridad. Nunca más me hospedo ahí.

Realice por anticipo mi reservacion, prepagandola, aun asi me tomo el tiempo de comunicarles que llegaria tarde y cuando llego por la madrugada cansado de un vuelo, la recepcionista y el que parecia el supervisor, me dicen que no tienen mi reserva, en ningun momento se ofrecieron a resolverme, me tuvieron 20 mins esperando para que al final la recepcionista me dijera que lo que paso "no es su problema". Luego al llegar a la habitación, resulta que no funcionaban las luces, viene el mismo hombre y me dice "ya son todas, no se que otras luces quiera" Una decepción total, un personal horroroso. No lleguen a este hotel, hay mucho mejores hoteles.

Llegué a CDMX por 1era vez y tuve mala suerte al escoger este hotel de "4 estrellas". NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE. Me entregaron una habitación sucia. Al acostarme en la cama ví que está llena de pelo del huesped anterior. Toda la cama!!! Y no solo la cama. Anduve en los calzetines blancos y limpios unos minutos y se les pegó muchisimo cabello *****o La cama y el piso estaban muy sucio. Este mismo cabello estaba alrededor del lavamanos también. Fué una frustración estár ahí y buscar una solución. Horible.
