I booked same room for additional night and double checked night before and day of the extra day. When I came back after a tour all my items were missing- they put them in a bag and put in storage- took 1.5 hours to find my clothes and toiletries.

1) The location is OK 2) No air conditioning, hot. The windows can't be opened, 3) The key point: The average noise in the room reached 80 decibels, and I couldn't sleep at all. My room was facing the exhaust duct of a restaurant, and with the vehicles, it was super noisy. 4) The front desk showed me several other rooms, and these rooms are opposite to several bars, which are equally noisy. I told the front desk that it was too noisy, and the front desk said that the location was very noisy, and they would not refund the money even if I didn't live there. But when booking the hotel, no one informed that the hotel is very noisy. I really had no choice, even if he didn't refund the money, I immediately ordered another one and left with my luggage. The hotel is in a very good location, there are many places to attend in front and it is only one block from the Angel of Independence. The only bad thing is that we arrived at night and the room was not ready yet. Other than that the place is clean, the rooms are spacious. I would definitely stay at this place again.

The Personal its pretty okay and humble. Just a little problems in the room. Definitely needs more towels, they just let us use 2 towels only for 2 people and honestly it does need more small ones for the hands

I think staying at a hostel would be better than staying at angel reforma. They had no towles had to ask the front desk. Linnen is dingy looks like bed sheets have been around for years instead of bien white they are dingy brown. No ac no heat . The only plus to the hotel is that its located in the center of things venders where awesome.

I have stayed at Hotel del Angel many times. It is fully a no frills hotel, but a well managed property. It's a great option for some staying in CDMX who just need a place to sleep.
