Room was small which is OK since I just slept there. Bathroom is not clean - found long dark hair in bathtub after I took shower (I am blond). Customer service is not attentive. And top notch is refrigerator with a lock. And yes I asked for a key and was ready to leave a deposit requested but been ignored. Definitely not 5 star hotel as advertised on their site.

The hotel is in a great location, the prices are not that high and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel has a sense of history and local characteristics, but the facilities are relatively old, the rooms are small, the layout is not good, a bit depressing, the towels and bath towels are a bit old, and there is a coffee pot. The location is good, on Reform Avenue, convenient to everywhere. The hotel cannot exchange currency. The Feast American Hotel two blocks to the right when you go out can exchange currency, and 1 US dollar can be exchanged for 16.2 pesos. The highlight of the hotel is that the breakfast is very rich, served from 7 to 12 o'clock, all kinds of bread, tacos, freshly made omelets, waffles are all delicious, there is a lot of meat, the beef tripe is very good, there are many kinds of yogurt and fruits , very delicious. If breakfast is not included, it costs 210 pesos per person. There is a lunch buffet for 399 pesos. The bathroom faucet is water-saving, and the water flow is very slow.

The hotel did not notify the power outage in advance. The power outage lasted from 12:00 at night until 10:00 the next day. There was no air conditioning, no elevator, no windows, no breakfast, and the front desk did not explain. The service attitude was extremely poor, and the agent did not coordinate to solve the problem.
