The breakfast on 10th floor is reasonably priced and have great views.

It is a tidy and clean hotel, near to Polanco and Museums. The area is safety.

Location of the hotel is great. Cleaning could be a bit better but it’s mostly because the furniture is a bit old by now. Great place to stay but don’t plan to spend most of the time in the room.

This hotel is not located in the best area of ​​Polanco. Another negative point is the breakfast. When it is included in the daily rate, it is quite poor. Almost an insult to guests accustomed to the Wyndham standard in the USA. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel reception are very poor. The room has old carpets and looks dirty. Overall, I found the cost/quality ratio of this hotel to be poor.

Using Trip.com to book my hotel was great, easy and risk-free. The stay at the Wyndham hotel and its location in the heart of Chapultepec was exceptional. The view, the food, the hotel service is very good. The facilities, although good, are somewhat small and limited, however they meet everything that a business traveler requires for a pleasant stay.
