Pro: Strong wifi throughout the property, small but workable gym, great shower and modern amenities. Staff is friendly! Con: location. While close to the center, there's not a lot of things to do nearby.

The hotel looks very modern and neat. I stayed one night in a deluxe king room. I'm not sure what makes it "deluxe", it seemed like a regular room with a king bed in it to me. Im not sure what the other rooms looked like but it seemed pretty standard to me. It was decorated very nicely, aircon worked well, I am not a fan of a rain shower but it had one of them as well. Sound carries, i asked not to be put in front of the elevator but thats exactly where i ended up. I was too tired to try and get situated elsewhere so i stayed and it wasnt that bad. All in all, for an overnight stay I was comfortable.

The location is very near Pino Suarez metro station. Breakfast was ok - mixed of Mexican and Western food. Room was comfortable. Shower pressure can be better and would recommend to have handheld shower head in addition to the rain shower. No bedroom slippers, toothbrush or toothpaste provided. There are shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion provided. Value for money. Can easily walk everywhere in Centro. The hotel is located next to Novotel.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent both at reception and in the restaurant when ordering room service and during breakfast.

I was very satisfied. The night shift receptionist and concierge provided excellent and prompt service, and the day shift receptionist helped me translate some terms related to buying medicine. The only downside was that despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed, the cleaning staff still knocked on my door to deliver a trash bag (I had already tied the trash bag and placed it outside beforehand, then put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on, because I didn't want them to come in and disturb my mother's sleep).

Similar to domestic express hotels, the hygiene is good, but there is a lot of scale and the tap water is sometimes turbid. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is suitable for Chinese taste buds, such as fried rice and scrambled eggs. There are more choices for Chinese people, and I met several Chinese guests. It's not far from Sam's Club and Walmart, about 15 minutes' walk. No problem with English at the front desk.

The location is very good, there is a subway nearby, and you can walk to Constitution Square. The decoration, service and food are all good. There is a machine sound that keeps coming from the lower floor of room 08, but not on the upper floors.
