Horrible experience. The Internet is not reliable. My family was without Internet or TV for several hours actually majority of our stay we receive dirty towels with what looks like brown stains like it wasn’t clean right the room was very cold so we asked for a blanket in the blanket that was provided to us smelled unwashed and had mildew smell to it. Our room had no soap even though there was a soap and shampoo container, but it was completely empty. I just don’t recommend this place. The neighborhood is rundown. It’s close to Central. However, I don’t recommend someone single to walk late at night alone in this neighborhood, I would only recommend taking a taxi there if you are arriving late at night However it’s close to the metro system but honestly that’s all my family will not be returning back.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Mexico City and would definitely recommend it. First of all, the price was very good for what you get. The hotel is very, very clean and modern — everything feels fresh, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The neighbourhood is not overly touristy, which we actually really liked. It feels more local and authentic, but still perfectly safe. There are enough shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby to make it very convenient without feeling crowded or commercial. If you have good shoes and reasonable fitness, you can walk to most of Mexico City’s main highlights. Otherwise, the metro line is only about a 10-minute walk away, which makes getting around very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay — always welcoming and happy to assist. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and a great way to start the day before heading out to explore. A small detail that really stood out for me was the free coffee and water machine in reception. That was actually the deal breaker when choosing this hotel — and the coffee is genuinely good, not just a basic machine. It’s such a simple touch but makes a big difference after a long day exploring the city. Overall, excellent value, very clean and modern, great location, nice staff, and a good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Location is central within walking distance to many things however the neighborhood isn’t that safe at night and very run down.

The room was great, and there was even a coffee machine. It would have been even better if the towels in the bathroom were a bit newer. The entire room was nicely decorated and new, with no unpleasant smells. The room layout was also very practical. Having stayed in quite a few hotels in Mexico City, this one is definitely good value for money. I would stay here again next time. The breakfast buffet was decent, and the transportation was quite convenient.

A friend recommended this hotel. The environment and service were excellent. After breakfast, the room was already cleaned by the auntie. There was also a Bluetooth speaker on the ceiling, which was really nice. I connected my phone to it every night and listened to sleep music. The only downside was the poor internet connection. It would be great if this could be improved.

The receptionist was very welcoming. The breakfast selection was limited but good. The location is very good and convenient to everywhere in the city center. The only drawback is that the WiFi speed is very slow. I hope it can be improved. If I have the chance to come to Mexico again, I will still choose this place

I chose this hotel because of the rave reviews. As expected...it was great. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel's interior was clean and neat, so no matter where you take a picture, it turned out beautifully. And while the breakfast menu wasn't very diverse, I was very satisfied. There were a variety of breads, and the food was well-prepared with breakfast items. I made a sandwich... It was so delicious, I even made two. Haha The parking lot was spacious and nice, and since you can rent bikes (just leave your passport with them), I had a great time cycling around the Zocalo Square, the Seoul Arts Center, and the Monument to the Revolution with my family. Thank you, Hotel Kali Centro, for providing such great facilities and service that made our stay enjoyable.
