Ulysse Djerba Thalasso & Spa

A couple of small inconveniences .. no milk with your daily room restock and although it says minibar it is a small fridge with 1 x 1.5ltr of water and 2 small bottles of pop ( no alcohol). The hotel itself is quite nice and in good clean condition .. the food selection is really quiet good with a large verity to suit most people. We booked a swim up room which was great as the pool was clean and refreshing, my only issue is that there isn't any sort of refreshment in this area and its quite a walk if you want a drink or anything alcoholic... There is a beautiful spa area that does a number of different treatments and isn't to overly priced. Ive found the staff are friendly and helpful. The main pool area is clean with lots of sunbeds, the beach is nice again with plenty of sunbeds. There is a small shop just off site through the front gate that has snacks, crisps, milk, pop all your basics for snacking.. we've really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate in returning we are looking at July 2027 for my partners birthday .

Had the best holiday with the family, we stayed for 2 weeks. The staff were excellent very friendly and outgoing a special mention for louka and saida they went above and beyond for the whole 2 weeks. The hotel is an amazing place to stay the pool is great the bar’s too the location is great only a stone throw away from the beach you can walk from the pool to the beach in under a minute there’s so much going on at the hotel from using the spa facilities the pool’s water activities such as water polo and aerobics plus many more activities. There’s also activities to buy through the hotel such as quad bikes jet ski’s etc etc: The food has been outstanding there’s such a variety of options in the buffet aswell as the 2 restaurants on site. The rooms are excellent and very clean and tidy. The animation team run a themed night every night is different for example black night where you wear black and Tunisian night aswell as elegant night there are 6 different themed nights with a Sunday free, they have bands and singers come to the hotel in the evening and a karaoke and tombola night also. There’s a shisha lounge and a on site shop which sells local souvenirs and necessities To sum it all up I highly recommend staying here and vid definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ulysse Djerba Thalasso & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the food was delicious with a great variety every day. The beach and pools were amazing, and the staff were always kind and helpful. A special thank you to the animation team! They are friendly, energetic, and make everyone feel welcome. They always communicate with the guests, create a great atmosphere, and organize fun activities throughout the day. We were especially impressed by their attitude towards children. They are caring, patient, and make every child feel happy and included. Our daughter loved the mini club and the evening mini disco. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

After experiencing a truly horrible night at another hotel, we asked our agent to move us to a different property. That is how we ended up at Hotel Ulysse — and what a difference! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel is well maintained and cared for. Every member of staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, from the receptionists and waiters to the housekeeping staff, with the exception of one of female animators. The hygiene standards are excellent, and our rooms was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view. The choice of food was extensive for all three meals, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. And the pancakes served as a snack were an absolute hit! After the unpleasant experience at the previous hotel, Ulysse was a real breath of fresh air. We were very happy with the decision to move here and would gladly recommend it.

We were at this hotel in July 2025. When we arrived, it was very hot at the reception, but the staff were very friendly and brought us a welcome cocktail and a cold cloth to cool down and suggested that we can go in the pool before getting our room. The air conditioning was also turned on soon after this. We were directed to have breakfast and since we arrived early, our request to be in the room earlier was granted. The rooms were very nice and clean. The food was varied and tasty and a big plus for this hotel - you can also drink coffee during lunch and dinner. Also there is a coffee bar where barista makes coffee, tho they could make it a little better, maybe some training would be necessary for them. Service was polite and quick in the restaurant. There was some entertainment every night and we liked that the hotel is quieter, not very noisy, so it is well suited for families without children and couples who appreciate a more peaceful atmosphere. The beach was also nice and clean, and we also liked the pool area. The only thing that could be improved is the taste of the cocktails, the coffee made in the coffee bar and the public toilet need some renovation, but overall a very nice hotel. I would go back, thank you!

Had an amazing time at this hotel, food is good, animation is nice, rooms are nice and it’s always clean! There is also a big gym so that was amazing.
