Terrible experience, the application reserved the worst room in the hotel, we paid for one with a balcony and they gave us a mini room with a view of a horrible construction that left us unable to sleep, they scammed us, they wanted to steal more money from us to change us to a better room which we had already paid for and which they did not have available either, the entire service was terrible and disgusting, they charged us for two nights for a room with a balcony and they gave us the bathroom room, they ruined my daughter's birthday

Yesterday, the entire hotel facilities were old, maybe it took a long time to open, and there was a musty smell in the room. Maybe because it was close to the beach, but the environment was good. The balcony was also very big. You can go to the white beach in a few steps.
