We had a concert at the Rogers Stadium just minutes away. The hotel is very well located. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The check in staff were very helpful.

Rob provided excellent hospitality. He made sure we had all of our requests brought to our rooms and greeted us warmly each time he came in contact with us.

A wonderful experience. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We loved the rooftop pool. My son enjoyed feeding the koi fish in the lobby, was a nice extra touch!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Aloha Fridays deceived us exactly one day before our planned trip to Miami. We received a message saying that due to overbooking, they were unable to provide us with the room we had paid for — a bungalow with a sofa bed. Instead, Aloha Fridays offered us a room with one bed, which was supposed to accommodate a family of three. Let me remind you, this happened just 24 hours before our planned trip. After a brief exchange of message, Ultimately, Aloha Friday offered us a smaller room with one bed for a family of three, along with a 50% refund. This was completely unacceptable to us, especially since we have a fifteen-year-old daughter. We demanded a full refund, which Aloha Friday promptly provided. However, this happened just one day before our planned trip, and booking something similar in the same location unfortunately exceeded our budget — which, needless to say, caused us a great deal of stress and a lot of additional expenses.

Upon arrival at Aloha Fridays, we were disappointed to discover that the supposed "bungalows" were actually motel-style rooms. The pool was much smaller than in the photos, and only accessible via the restaurant and open to the public. The decor was cute, but the building was aging, with old, noisy, leaky air conditioning units. The first night was a mixed bag because there was no soundproofing, and we could hear every sound in the city. But it was the second night that turned into a nightmare. Despite earplugs and the noisy air conditioning, we endured hours of screaming, yelling, slamming doors, shaking walls, and even vomiting from our roommates and those on the floor below, who were "partying" in the hotel between about 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. It felt like the chaos was happening right in our room... It was an unbearable and totally unacceptable experience, especially since no one from the establishment ever intervened during this long period... I contacted customer service around 8am the next day, asking to find us a quieter room at least and they replied that they were sorry and that they would get back to us quickly but despite my reminders, after 7 hours of waiting, they said there was nothing they could do. We couldn't imagine spending another night in these conditions and we left and booked another hotel. I asked for a refund for the two nights we didn't use but I'm still waiting for now... Very disappointed and I do not recommend it at all...

I stayed one night at Aloha Fridays, and it was hands-down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After two phone calls before booking, I was quoted a total price that included everything—room rate, taxes, and pet fee. I confirmed it twice. Yet after checking in, I was suddenly contacted via text (because there’s no real staff) and told that I owed an additional $50 pet fee because their employee made a mistake. That’s not how business works. You don’t get to change the price after someone has checked in just because your team gave incorrect information. The entire hotel is run virtually—there is zero staff on site, zero accountability, and absolutely zero customer service. The elevator was broken. There was no hot water. And to top it all off, there was a homeless man sleeping in the lobby Saturday morning. This is not a safe, welcoming, or professional environment in any way. When I expressed my frustration, I was met with cold, robotic responses—literally. The hotel uses an AI chatbot for customer service. No empathy, no effort to resolve the situation, just a copy-and-paste mentality with no regard for the guest experience. Aloha Fridays is the definition of a company with no moral compass, no ethics, and no standards. I will be posting this review on every platform possible to warn others. This place is a scam masquerading as a hotel. I highly recommend you stay anywhere else
