The same as it mentioned in other traveling booking platform, the service is terrible. Although the room is spacious and clean, the rest left too much to be desired.
Without a front desk, the check-in is done by back and forth emails and online submission. It is very unfriendly to visitors.😭 Also, the room is not tidied up during my visit. No coffee or towels replacement.😒
The motion sensor ceiling light is extremely annoying. When I want it on, it is off, and vice versa.😱 😑
If it costs only 60 dollars, the same as a bargain airbnb, then no one would complain. Not worthy at all!

The hotel has a great location, very close to the beach, but there's no parking, no front desk, and no check-in instructions. I stood at the hotel entrance for over an hour before asking others and learning they had received emails with check-in information links, but I hadn't. My English isn't good enough. There was no way to check into the room. I called customer service, but they hung up on me without resolving the issue. It was only much later, with the help of a kind person, that I finally received the check-in email.

Trip didn't inform me that I would have to pay resort fees or other charges. I had to pay everything on the spot, which was also quite complicated because Trip didn't pass the information on to the hotel, and they didn't have my details.

There's no front desk, but the location is incredibly convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. The room is spacious. It's a bit noisy from the street at night.

The couches looked like worn and THEY’RE WERE SOME STAINS IN THE BED SHEETS THAT LOOKED DISGUSTING

Our room was modern and clean. It was a great beach town hotel. Walking distance to food, shopping and the beach. Beach chairs reserved but you have to pay for an Umbrella. Just 1 drawback, the traffic noise from the street was quite loud. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

I love the property overall. It’s in the perfect location. The one thing I wish it had was a microwave. Other then that, great place to stay
