去年來這邊出差住的感覺還不錯，所以今年又預訂了這裏。但這次體驗感很差，首先預訂時留言不要角落房，還是給的我們最角上的，倒是很安靜，含的早餐要走三個街區去另一家酒店吃，早餐很簡陋，每天都一個樣，中間有一天給我吃的胃疼了一天。再回來説酒店，有一天晚上回來一開門發現屋裡很多飛蟲，跟螞蟻一樣但帶翅膀，很大個那種，我和朋友都很害怕，去找前台，前台派了個工作人員來捉蟲子，捉了兩遍還是時不時冒出幾個，我們提出害怕這種蟲子，能不能換個房間，前台説不能，這種蟲子在邁阿密很正常，並且原因在我們自己，是我們開了窗導致的，我和朋友從入住這個房間連窗簾都沒拉開過哪來的開窗户！！！交涉了兩次就是堅決不換，後來乾脆説沒房間了，我們白天要工作，晚上回來都很疲憊，也沒時間一直和他們糾纏，查了一下這種蟲子是飛蟻，沒有攻擊性和毒性，忍着住下，但在確認所有窗户都關嚴實之後的兩天還是能飛出幾衹，就是很膈應

這個賓館是我在美期間住的最差的變換賓館，首先服務態度差，提點個人意願，直接説no，第二，房間有味道不通風，空調直接壞在21°，無法調整，廁所窗户是封死的，排風扇是壞的，第三，價格比同級別偏貴。但，攜程客服一直很負責，贊👍

酒店多收minibar的錢，將近25刀！然後聯繫酒店，很久才給回覆，非常墨跡！好不容易説搞錯了給退款，結果到現在還是沒看到錢到銀行卡里！
入住之後還有服務人員在我們休息時意外進入我們房間，打擾我們休息，體驗很差！

總體還可以，偏民宿性質吧，算是南海灘相對便宜的酒店了。基礎設施該有的都有，多餘的也不用奢望。距離沙灘步行七八分鐘，沿途飯店，甜品店，葯房都有。可能冬天都來避寒吧，人爆滿，我們晚上到的，想加一床毯子都沒有了。服務態度很好，水平有待提高，辦入住前面排了三個人，等了半個小時。給每個人耐心講解，我很感謝，但是解釋半天免費發飲料之類的有的沒的，重要訊息還是沒説清楚，我們住的那一棟問了好幾個人才找到。
整個邁阿密南海灘就是個度假基地，基本上沒居民，新蓋的樓也是酒店。經濟條件寬裕的，住高端酒店會舒服很多。財力不足的話，Sarasota的民宿相對便宜，離沙灘近的多，趿拉着拖鞋就能去，白沙灘也漂亮舒服的很。異域風情直接去墨西哥也能花更少錢玩更舒服。

Staff was very rude at check-in for no reason no smile. It looked like it was a chore to get us in. We stayed at South Beach hotel last time two weeks ago. They charged $40 same as Riviera for parking the car, but they actually parked it for you. In this case they send you to a parking lot with no elevator had to park on the third floor and it was quite stinky. There was no amenities in the room other than a fridge no telephone no safe very very small. Could barely move the other issue in the morning Asked for one hour delay so I could put the suitcase in the car. Of course they won't give that to you unless you pay $25 an hour check-in is at 4 PM. Check out is at 11 AM. That's a little bit unfair in my opinion overall, I think there are many better options
