upon arrival at Cadillac Hotel, we were informed that there was no availability for our confirmed reservations, despite the bookings having already been paid through Trip.com. we were told that confirmations have not been received at all from you. We were then advised that alternative accommodation would be arranged at another hotel. Although we were reluctant, we were reassured by the front desk manager, Mrs Ludy Gonzales, that the alternative hotel would be of the same standard, if not better, and that both the hotel stay and Uber transportation would be covered at no extra cost. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the second hotel around 8:00 PM, we were told that we had been sent to the wrong location and should have gone to another branch. I then had to arrange and pay for another taxi myself to reach the third hotel. When we finally arrived at the third hotel (Grand miami beach hotel) , the situation became even worse. Although we provided the letters given to us by Cadillac Hotel, we were still asked to provide credit cards as security until Cadillac Hotel arranged payment. We were then left waiting for over an hour while the issue was being handled, with our children exhausted and sleeping in the lobby. By that time, it was close to 11:00 PM. To make matters worse, my husband’s credit card was later charged because Cadillac Hotel had not settled the payment to Grand Beach Hotel for our room, despite earlier assurances that the payment had been arranged. Our friends’ room appears to have been paid (they booked with another third party not Trip), but our room was not. We have tried several times to resolve this directly with Cadillac Hotel through Natasha Barbosa, Alexia Landry and Oscar Morales, but we have not received a proper explanation or refund from these people once they learned. This delay and lack of accountability are unacceptable. This entire experience was highly disorganised, stressful, and far below the standard expected from your establishment. The lack of coordination, communication, and accountability from front desk management has caused us considerable inconvenience. I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and investigate it thoroughly. If I do not receive a prompt response and clear action from your side, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including through public review platforms and legal action if necessary.

Overall, the hotel was well maintained, but there were a couple of maintenance issues in our room. The bathroom fan was not working, and the safe had a low battery warning. We reported both issues on the first day, but they were not fixed during our stay. I also wanted to mention the breakfast. We booked a hotel package that included continental breakfast. It included cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastries, cheese, and ham. Hot items, such as eggs, sausages, pancakes, or waffles, were available for an additional charge. The beach and beach service were good, although umbrellas also came at an extra cost.

Nice middle section of Miami Beach. Excellent for relaxing ocean or pool side. Separate pools for adults and family are a plus. The Italian restaurant had excellent food and service. Would definitely recommend for the price point. The room.was comfortable and the large walk in shower/bathroom was so much better than a traditional cramped hotel bathroom.

The hotel has a great location right on the beach with nice, very clean swimming pools. The rooms are small with low ceilings looked renovated with new flooring and decor. I didn't like the mini-bar in the rooms, where everything including the coffee maker and glasses is weighted. There's a small sign behind it stating that if you lift anything for 45 seconds, you will be charged for it. I understand alcohol could be an extra charge, but glasses, coffee maker and coffee? Also, on *******, it showed two queen beds and a chaise lounge chair, which I liked so I could sit and read instead of sitting on the bed. I was advised that all rooms with two queen beds come without a couch, only rooms with one king-size bed have a couch. Also only two free outdoor beach chairs and towels per room. If you have a family of four, you need to pay for additional items. Umbrellas and beach chair canopies are an extra charge too,plus resort fee $51

The property was amazing !! Staff was super helpful and the beach area was to die for!! Our view of the ocean from our room was amazing.. they also have 2 beautiful pools and an amazing resturant

Lovely hotel with dual pools (adult and family), close access to beach. Excellent service and good food.

“5 star” yea right I’ll say 3.5! Someone else panties was on my balcony when I arrived in my room, staff was “nice nasty” and over charge for simple stuff, so many misleading things dealing with that hotel. Over priced and not worth it! Fine somewhere else! The door men was amazing though! Love them!
