I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Miami South Beach. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a pool but it was fine considering it was a short walk from the beach, just a 5 minute walk away.

The ice trays in the refrigerator were randomly placed, full of water and hair, obviously not cleaned. The air conditioner was too loud. Close to the beach, just two minutes walk.

I called because my flight was delayed due to the hurricane and check-in was past midnight. Despite my poor English and confusing explanations, they kindly responded. The breakfast venue is in the ba*****t, so it's hard to find. There is a water server at the front desk 24 hours a day. There is also coffee and tea in the morning. 1 minute walk to the sea. There are a few shops where you can get snacks within walking distance. There is also a supermarket where you can find everything you need for your trip, such as drinks, sandwiches, shampoo, detergent, and toothpaste.

The attention is good... The rooms were very small, the mattresses not very comfortable. I expected much more from a hotel in the Hilto chain, the price-quality ratio is not good.

This property was marginal at best. The carpets and rooms smelled musty. Glass in window was cracked. Amenities were unavailable. Tremendous difficulty with keys functioning properly. Rate was purchased with breakfast but not recognized at check in. And then breakfast was scarce in offerings and had long waits for anything ordered and there were only a VERY small selection of snacks available for purchase. No perks at all. The wifi was not working well either. The area of the hotel is poor and surrounded by construction. Close restaurants near by were few and far between. Limited if any shopping options. The valet parking was convenient and nicely handled and it is a very close walk to the beach and the hotel did supply beach towels.

for a more comfortable stay at your hotel you need to have parking for your guest and you need to have more informative front desk staff, our stay was a disaster we ended up with a towed car and a couple of parking tickets.
