The location is very good. It is in the first row from the beach. Parking fee is 49/day. The hotel has been renovated. The overall facilities are relatively new. I was lucky enough to meet a fellow Shanghainese at the front desk. He was very friendly.

Although the hotel room is compact, the design is reasonable. The front desk staff is very friendly. The stroller in the room also came in handy when we went to the beach.

Great stay
Lovely building across the street from the beach! Our family of five was very comfortable in the studio room. We appreciated the daily pop up activities and friendly staff. This property was the least expensive place we stayed on our weeklong trip to Miami and the Keys, but we liked it the best!

It’s in a great location. I liked the rooftop lounge. The daily activities were nice. The room was adequate- it had everything we needed.
