Stayed in girls dorm 8 people. Nice room lots of space and balcony. Shower has hot. Room cleaned daily. Social activities if you want. Good location. Helpful staff. Free morning coffee and tea/water all day

This was a really nice place to stay. The location is perfect, with the beach just a few minutes away and a restaurant conveniently located downstairs. The room was very clean and had plenty of space. I had a great stay overall and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Room was clean and spacious. Good facilities, the room has a mini fridge and there is a microwave in a shared space. In a very good location just a short walk from the beach and lots restaurants and shops. Also has its own Cuban restaurant and a nice breakfast.

Great location if you’re looking to spend a lot of time in the South beach area!

The location is the best, just near the beach, and many restaurants and bars around it. Amenities are great, people here are friendly

The experience was terrible. When I made the reservation, I made a mistake and booked a room that was for women only. I realized it immediately and contacted the hotel to request a room change, but they refused, claiming they had no availability. I then asked to change the dates as an alternative, and that was also denied. I tried to resolve the issue through Trip.com, but I did not receive a satisfactory response. They told me they had contacted the hotel and that upon arrival, my room would be changed. However, when I arrived at the hotel, this was not the case. They told me there was no availability and that I could not stay in the room I had already booked and paid for because it was for women only. I explained that I had tried to resolve this weeks in advance and had even requested a date change for that reason, but still, no solution was provided. In the end, they did not provide the service, I lost $1,200 USD, and I had to find accommodation at another hotel at the last minute. Terrible service and zero empathy from both the hotel and Trip.com. I do not recommend booking here. My experience was completely negative and felt like a serious abuse toward the customer.

Location is perfect. The bathroom was great and clean Price is high, the AC was freezing cold and yet there is no real blanket. The curtains are not light proof and there are no shelves clise to the bed. Overall recommended!

I had a great stay at Viajero Hostel. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, the rooms were clean, and the common areas were perfect for meeting people. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Anto, who made everything easy and made me feel really welcome. I’d definitely recommend this hostel and would stay here again!

It was very noisy until 1 AM. The only good thing about this place is its convenient location; everything else is hard to rate. I don't understand why the reviews are so high.
