A good hotel, but a bit pricey. They also charge a Miami occupancy tax in addition to the room rate. Budget for this; I was charged $200 for four days. The rooms are clean, but the furniture is old. The closet and bathroom doors were sticky and unpleasant to touch, so I kept them open. The bed is very high, the first time I've seen one so high, but it's very spacious and very comfortable. The pillowcases smelled unpleasant, like dust, which left an unpleasant odor in my hair after sleeping. The receptionists were very friendly, helpful with our luggage, and always smiling. The pool is nice and clean, but I don't think it's heated; it was a bit chilly to swim in in November. The beach is private, but the area isn't fenced off, and it's wide with white sand. Sun loungers and towels are free. There's a bar by the pool, and the hotel staff also serve drinks and food from the menu. Overall, I recommend it.

An absolutely terrible stay! Poolside theft + appalling service – a warning to avoid this hotel! This stay was a nightmare, and I'm so angry I have to give it a terrible review! First, the safety is a serious concern: my phone was stolen while swimming in the hotel pool, which I had carelessly left on the shore. The hotel lacked adequate CCTV coverage and staff patrolling the area. Their response afterward was perfunctory; they didn't proactively assist in finding the phone or offer any solutions, leaving guests' property completely unprotected! Second, the service was appalling: the staff in the beach area were arrogant and indifferent. Even worse, some beach chairs were charged extra, with a confusing and unclear pricing structure – pure forced consumption and a disguised form of overcharging! I paid for this hotel to enjoy a vacation, but instead, I suffered a financial loss and was annoyed by terrible service. The hotel has serious flaws in its security management and service standards, completely failing to meet the quality expected at its price point! I will never stay here again, and I strongly advise everyone to think twice before choosing this hotel!

The environment is very good, the decoration facilities are very beautiful, it is very close to the sea, and the food in the restaurant is also delicious. The service is also good, especially the uncle who is in charge of luggage storage is very enthusiastic, always greets us with a smile, and takes the initiative to ask if we need to call an Uber. The room is not small, the bed is big and comfortable, and the shower and toilet are in two rooms, which is very good. It's just that our room is at the elevator entrance, and the elevator is very loud, starting at 6:30 every morning and very frequent, which really affects sleep.

There is a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel, which is convenient for shopping. Parking is charged by the doorman on a daily basis + additional tip, but the service is also very friendly. There is a beach just outside the back door of the hotel.
