Perfect hotel for experience! Great pool view and tennis court! Many activities in the resort!

Room was beautiful and staff very nice and helpful. Pool was crowded so had to get out early to get a lounger.

Hygiene: completely inconsistent with the performance that a hotel of this price range should have Service: The service is pretty good, but tipping is required, which adds a lot of hidden expenses. Environment: The room view is very good, but any additional services are charged, even water and snacks are charged.

The location is very good, but the service staff has no service awareness, and the cleaning staff does not speak English well. The room decoration is good, but the hygiene is average.

Lightning avoidance! ! ! ! The experience is very poor, not as good as expected. I originally booked a big bed room, but changed to another room type without notice. And the attitude of the front desk is very general and not worth the price. This price can completely go to other hotels, which is better than this experience and cost-effective. Second, check in to 1 hour before and after check-in. I can't rest early when I'm really tired. The room is very ordinary like a chain hotel.

Disappointed with my stay. Starting with my check in did not receive good customer service from the time of check in. Also, I thought housekeeping came very late in the day which frustrated me. Also, the room was not very clean, the carpet was left dirty and there was trash left from prior guests. Considering the considerable amount of money spent on this hotel I expected a cleaner room, better customer service from staff. I think you get what you pay for and I definitely did not get what I paid for.

Excellent in virtually every way. I have stayed at a number of W Hotels around the country, and this one is at the top. A wonderful experience.

The hotel was very crowded and there is construction going on the North side. I think all things considered the hotel did their best to manage these challenges. The staff was very helpful. Special thanks to Tyler by the pool and Rebecca at the front desk. The food at the pool was not amazing and drinks were expensive which is to be expected. We traveled with our two daughters 9 & 12 and enjoyed our visit.

I had three nights stay during my spring break in W south beach. It's not a satisfied stay overall. The first night, I was waked up by construction noise at 9AM. However, I did not be notified about the construction situation. I don't know why W offered the guests a room right below the construction room. After my complained, my room got changed to the 7th floor(I was on the 5th), the room is similar location as my previous room. The new rooms seem not fully prepared before my move. There are cigarettes on the balcony. I'm allergic to dust mites. I have some symptoms after I stay in the new room…. The second night was peaceful. However!!!!!!!!!! The third night, I was waked up by the construction noise again........... I don't know what to say, anyone get my feeling? My 4 days vacation.... was waked up and struggled by the noise for 2 stays........ The room service was so so too. My order got forgotten by the staffs twice... (I got my food after I contacted them which is 2 hours late than scheduled)..... W hotel is not a cheap hotel, I wonder why the service was so poor. It not worth the money I spent.

Thank you for giving us very nice room on a higher floor. Everyone was super nice! But please run some promotions on price sometimes so we can come more often :)

Really great hotel, great staff. The only comment I would make is to wash the room floors after every stay and vacuum instead of using that sticky roller as it doesn't pick up everything. Cleaning staff was very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay! Santi Perdomo, the Director of Guest Services is the very best on the planet!
