Aqua Hotel

The basic services are poor, and the staff is unprepared and improvised. We asked to change rooms because the bathroom was unusable and the shower wasn't working. The new room was only barely acceptable, despite being damp and poorly lit. Only the location saves it.

Terrible hotel. Initially, they gave us room 112, a tiny, dark, damp room behind the maintenance service door. We asked to change rooms and, after much difficulty, they accommodated us. We moved to a slightly less bad room, but housekeeping had to be requested, as they didn't do it on the first day. The room had air conditioning, but no remote control. The temperature is controlled at reception. We had to sleep in warm clothes, and one of our children caught a cold. The room was cold and not adapted to the cold weather in the city. Lacking amenities. The hotel has no maintenance whatsoever; some parts were repainted. The flooring is poorly laid. The receptionist is a man who struggles to understand any language other than English. The only saving grace of the hotel is Mrs. Santa, who tries to fix things. The room does not match the photos. The hotel is left without any staff at night. This information was not provided during the booking. I will request a refund.

Very very good hotel! Everything is tip top!

Very friendly staff, hotel in a great location, only flaw is that sometimes they are late in making up the rooms, otherwise everything is ok
