Nobu Hotel Miami Beach

I stayed at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach for about a week with a friend, and honestly, I had a really great experience. I noticed the reviews weren’t the best before staying there, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m really glad we chose it. The customer service was one of my favorite things about the hotel. Everyone we interacted with was so pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and the service overall was outstanding. The restaurants were delicious, the drinks were great, and the bar was a really nice place to relax and have a drink. The hotel and pools were also very clean. I especially enjoyed that the pools were not overly crowded, so it was easy to actually relax and enjoy them. The beach area was another highlight. The oceanfront was clean and well maintained, with plenty of seating, and having bar service right there made it even better. Overall, we had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay. The combination of great service, good food and drinks, cleanliness, and the beautiful beach area made our week there a great experience. I would definitely stay at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach again!

Good location, spacious room, private beach, nice sea view

Dear Nobu Miami Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the delay in returning my security deposit. It has now been three weeks since my stay, and I have still not received my deposit. This is an unreasonable amount of time to hold a guest’s money, especially when I have stayed at several other hotels during the same trip and received my security deposits back promptly after checking out. I have already completed my stay, and there are no outstanding charges or issues from my side that would justify this delay. Therefore, I expect you to provide me with a clear explanation as to why my deposit has still not been refunded. Please process the refund immediately and confirm the exact date on which the amount was released. If the refund has already been processed, please provide me with the transaction/reference details so I can follow up with my bank. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. However, if this continues to be delayed without a valid reason, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter through the appropriate channels. I expect a prompt response and resolution. The hotel is not bad but super old. For a highly rated hotel the customer service is absolutely horrible. They charged me $1700 to do a load of laundry. I had asked for a tally for the total from a manager at the front desk Joshua, but he said he didn’t know. And when I asked to get an estimate before he sent it off, he said he would but did not do so. Ultimately the hotel decided to charge me $1100 but this is still unacceptable considering there was no notice nothing signed or agreed upon. An absolutely horrible experience

Although it was a solo trip I enjoyed every bit of it. The environment and atmosphere were serene

Great hotel to use private beach and amenities during the stay. It was great to use the dining service from restaurant Nobu Miami as well.
