KIMPTON Properties in Miami Beach

From the disappointment on the first day to the surprise on the second day, this trip is very, very satisfying. Because the room I was given on the first night was very noisy, I didn’t sleep well one night, and I wanted to change the room the next day. Because I can’t communicate well in English, I tried to contact Ctrip’s customer service to discuss changing the room with the hotel, and the hotel quickly responded. The problem of changing rooms was solved, and the changed rooms satisfied us very much. Thank you Ctrip and Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Bay for giving us a very pleasant stay experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Angler's Hotel during my trip to Miami. I was especially impressed by the exceptional service provided by Mohammed Dhia, Varun, and Supervisor Anthony. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. I’m incredibly grateful for their efforts, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Miami. Highly recommended!

We ended up booking an extra night. Free upgrade, nice bed and real bar. Not enough service people for the pool and beach.
