The Setai, Miami Beach

Beautiful sleek, elegant room in the Art Deco block, with a large balcony with sea view, separate little sitting area and bath in the bedroom. Lovely first impression to arrive there after a long flight, look at the sea and enjoy some of the bottle of champagne which had been left on ice as a welcome gift! The dishes on the breakfast buffet in Jaya were plentiful and would have been delicious but unfortunately stone cold which seemed a shame. We took a la carte after the first morning which was much better. Extremely loud music at dinner in Jaya meant we couldn’t have a conversation so had to move inside, which again was a shame, though by chance we had a good view of the live show which we hadn’t been expecting! You can walk for miles along a boardwalk just back from the beach.

The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. My son frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome; just expensive! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Will definitely return.
Faena Hotel Miami Beach

After I canceled my reservation at 1 hotel, because a bad experience, I found out a gem in Miami Beach ! First time in Faena but for sure not the last, very warm welcome and smooth check in. I went downstairs to explore, and for a quick breakfast and our waitress, Diana, was extremely welcoming and accommodating; we had a beautiful table with pool views, and Diana gave us very good recommendations. Service was perfect, she is charming. Very nice staff with a good vibe, all around. We are DEFINITELY coming back !!! Thank you Faena team for a memorable stay !!!!
Seacoast Suites on Miami Beach

We booked a room with a sea view, and paid the fee in advance. Afterwards, the waiter arranged a sea view room with a front balcony facing the sea on the third floor. Although it is facing the sea, it is the lowest floor of the hotel because of the low floor Rooms, and a platform, you can't see all the sea on the balcony. It is the worst room with a sea view. After you check in, you will find a front desk clerk to request a high-rise room of the same type, but the front desk clerk will not change it. , Said no, the high-rise only has side view of the sea, which is different from the booked room. We do not agree. After many communications, we adjusted to a front. Although the sea can be seen, the windows cannot be opened. A room on the 15th floor with a side balcony. Although the room is large, it is very old and has been upgraded for us. We do not need to upgrade the large room, we only need to have a balcony room with sea view according to the booking conditions. The waiter means no, because the fee has been paid in advance and cannot be refunded. It is night, and there is no other way. This large room without a front balcony has a sea view and does not match the booking conditions. I feel very uncomfortable! Communication is difficult due to the lack of language, as if cheated! We ca n’t understand that such a large hotel has a total of 16 floors and many sea-view rooms. It is estimated that there are nearly 60 same rooms, but we will arrange the worst room for you. If you want to change it, there is no, anyway. The money has already been paid, and it will not be refunded to you. I can't live with it. I can't understand it. It is recommended that domestic guests do not book this hotel.

If you want to be treated like respect and valued as a customer do not come to this place. Paul was the guy that “helped” me by getting a new key for my room because somehow it stopped working. When I politely asked for a new ID he said to me with an attitude “you probably put it by your phone”. I didn’t say anything about his attitude then, then he followed by asking me for my ID which I pulled out from my purse right away and instead of graving my ID he walked away towards the computer and signed with his hands and told me “I am here, you come here”. How disrespectful!! I am the customer, why could he get the ID from the side of the desk I was standing, all he needed to see was that the names matched, it was not even that far away that’s a very small counter, but honestly is was the horrible attitude because if he had been a little polite about it maybe I would not had a problem. But it was just a horrible attitude and he kept on going like “if you want it come, here is your key”. Horrible I hope his manager sees this, I think people forget that the customers make their paychecks. If you are in the business of customer service then do it the right way!!
