great location, room is ok, nothing fancy but good cost and location

Great amenities but over cleanliness wasn't up to par. Bedding wasn't clean. Pool had trash bags and trash on the courtyard. Hair had to be vacuumed off the floor from previous residents.

Pretty Good overall
Friendly reception at the desk.
Pool area was a little dirty, but not too bad.
Exterior area was a little dirty.
Very convenient access to the overhead tram stop and to the Bayside tourist area.
New construction of 100 story tall hotel behind so expect noise during work hours, but was a great view if you're a structural engineer, like me.

Our room at this “hotel” looked nothing like the pictures. It was outdated and didn’t seem clean. We were only staying one night to get on a cruise the next day, so we just stayed.

I loved that this location had all appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Customer service was wonderful and polite. I would definitely stay there again.

Our first impression in this property is that a lot of the guests are younger. This is the type of property that seems to have been amazing when it was first built and now is showing a little bit of wear and tear.
