Very bad service and scammer hotel I already paid the hotel but they ask me to pay again

Very good

I booked a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean view suite! The front desk gave me a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite. I went down to negotiate with her and showed her the order. She was very reluctant to change it to a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean view suite! The fee of $37 per day was nothing.

5 points recommendation. I have a one-bedroom room with two beds. My family lives very comfortably. The living room is large and you can cook something for yourself. The tableware is complete and very new. A bottle of wine was given during the stay. If you choose not to clean the room, you can get two drinks every day. If I come to Miami next time, I will still choose to stay here

The overall feeling is pretty good, cost-effective. The overall facilities are quite complete, clean and tidy, the environment is comfortable, and the service is enthusiastic. I will consider staying here again when traveling to Miami in the future.

Very clean and well equipped room. The kitchen contains plates and cutlery, tea towel, paper towel, sponge and dishwashing liquid. A mini fridge and a Nespresso coffee maker are available with capsules. Too bad there is no microwave for it to be perfect. Top location right next to a metromover station and Bayside where boats leave to visit the stars' houses and see the skyline.

The hotel is very close to the pier, but the hotel forced us to pay a swimming pool fee when we checked in, even if we only stayed for one night and did not use the swimming pool, we still had to pay this fee.

It's better than expected. There are some facilities unique to the apartment, and you can also do laundry. It's perfect for travelers who stay for a few days. The scenery outside the window is also very beautiful. It's a wonderful stay.

The hotel front desk service is too poor. The room was not clean either. The air conditioner is very noisy. You can't see any view from the room. It's not as good as they advertised in the pictures, because their hotel is only on the 15th floor, but the surrounding floors are too high, so you can't see anything. Not recommended.
