Check in and check out was seamless, fast and easy. The room itself had a yoga mat, resistance bands for a small private workout area which was great after a long flight! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. In terms of cleanliness, more attention could be paid in the bathroom /shower area.

The room is clean and large enough to accommodate the whole family of four. Beds are comfortable.

Hotel itself was very clean and nicely presented. A well equipped gym room with 24 hour access on site, but they also had a little workout area in the room itself which was really handy. As a vegan, having all of the toiletries there plant based was a really pleasant surprise. Also, Tyjuanna at the front desk was an angel and incredibly helpful during both check in and check out.

This hotel is quite clean and good location in Miami which makes your trip very enjoyable.

Clean,and comfortable. The staff was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Amenity was clean. Training tool was helpful.

The hotel is ok, however, since it’s a pet friendly hotel, one dog on my floor was barking all the night, and it’s pretty annoying.

It was all right, no company, water, coffee machine, broken overpriced

Worst experience reception staff was not honest my booking was having breakfast and it was confirmed by trip com but staff refused once I showed them then they agree and they start putting blame on trip.com plus the are not cooperative at all they need to be more flexible and customer friendly
