The location is amazing. The staff is helpful and friendly. The amenities were beautiful. We got there in the cold time, it was raining, and unfortunately our heater was not working, so it was very cold throughout the whole stay. Hope they can fix the heaters. Some shelves were pretty dusty, but overall a VERY GOOD hotel, with a GREAT LOCATION close to Omni Loop, and I would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect location if you are trying to go to a heat game. The arena is directly across the street. South beach just down the street !

The location is good, just opposite the Miami Heat's home basketball Kaseya Center. The hotel's interior design is unique and exquisite. It fully reflects the design concept of less is more and small is beautiful. However, how to retain traditional service functions under the modern digital management model, such as not being able to find someone at the first moment to solve the problem when guests have needs, waiting too long, is a unpleasant experience.

I was not aware that you had to prebook the daily housekeeping. As a result the room was not cleaned for 3 days.
