I spent only one night. There isn't much to say. We had the use of the Shuttle service and breakfast during our previous stays, but it wasn't the case this time around.

Very bad experience. The hotel cancels reservations after 12:00 AM if you don’t call ahead, yet this is not disclosed anywhere in their policies or on Trip.com. I arrived at 1:00 AM and found my booking cancelled. This is extremely misleading and inconvenient, especially for travelers arriving late at night.

Smell bad and dirty. The pricing for Friday night is x3 compared to Monday. Will never come back here 😵💫

Booked this hotel for a layover, and it met all my basic needs.

Best feature is proximity to Miami Airport Metro. From there you can take MIA Mover right into the airport terminal. Takes 17 minutes to walk to the MIA Metro from the hotel.

I only found out at the front desk that there was no airport shuttle service at all.

Convenient as shuttle provided and close to the airport Fair price However hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment Few issues with the room due lack of maintenance TV didn’t work although that was resolved very quickly Coffee provided but no where to plug in machine Had to use the narrow window ledge Bathroom had chunks of plaster missing from the wall

I couldn’t take a photo since I didn’t stay long, but the tv isn’t smart TV it’s a big deal for me but whatever but everything else is just ****, the water for the shower was broken so you can only show with one tell in mind you can blend it like a normal shower can which lowkey pissed me off because I was forced to take a cold cold ass shower but the ac is great ngl

Excellent location. Free shuttle to airport run every half hour. Great service. Check in time is 15:00 , early check in cost 20$ extra.

I booked this hotel for a friend who has stayed there several times. I also have stayed there several times. It is very conveniant since it is only minutes from the airport. Every 30 minutes there is a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The breakfast has a good choice and quality. There is also a swimming pool. The beds are comfortable. Good value.
