實話實説不適合年輕人住，設施老舊，服務跟不上，重點説一下服務，住過那麼多酒店這個服務是最差的沒有之一，也不是特別安靜，衞生湊合，一進房間，床頭櫃上還有一根頭髮，衞生細節沒做好，太累就沒投訴，11:40到酒店，酒店説房間沒出來讓我們等，我們就把行李寄存前台，先出去逛逛，前台説房間出來給我們打電話，結果也沒打，中間我打了三次電話都沒人接，於是下午14:40我們回到酒店，前台説還是沒有房間讓我們繼續等待⌛️呵呵，一聽就不高興了，火一下就冒起來，然後前台工作人員就一直自顧自的忙，這期間我問了好幾次還要等多久，她都沒理我，太沒禮貌和素質了，給綿陽市形象抹黑，後來前台工作人員端歡迎水果來道歉，但我們也沒接受，典型打一巴掌給個棗，差評，真的不建議年輕人入住，更推薦澳威爾江畔花園大平層酒店，環境好，衞生好，服務好，景觀好，安靜舒適

清明小長假，遊玩後晚上回到酒店，沒有熱水！無法洗漱，詢問前台，告知入住客人較多導致鍋爐故障，具體修好時間無法告知，前台人員處理態度極度冷漠！員工覺得是正常情況！沒有一點歉意！體驗感極差！作為酒店基本的熱水保障都無法提供，處理態度還這種，大家謹慎選擇吧！房間隔音效果也差，站在窗户隔壁房間對話聽得一清二楚，房間內天花板漏水發黴印記一大片，打開房門房間氣味大，通風差！旁邊商k半夜噪音擾民，缺點説完，優點也還是有的，地段優勢離越王樓近，停車方便，酒店早餐也還行，總結下來就是重在培養員工素質，以及服務精神

強烈推薦！！！酒店各方面服務周到，房間乾淨整潔，這次入住體驗非常棒，服務人員熱情周到，房間乾淨整潔，讓人倍感舒適。
交通也很便利，距離出差地點近，周邊設施齊全，出行十分方便。
性價比方面同樣出色，推薦入住，早餐豐富多樣，健康美味，房間設定完善，投影儀看電影真是太舒服了。
晚上還會有貼心的送酸奶！整體性價比非常高，強烈推薦給需要的朋友們。

此次行程非常非常的不滿意，入住當天下午就告知前台，我需要一個安靜的房間，睡眠很不好，然後前台告知衹有圓床和標準房窗户靠裡麪，會安靜些！後來定了***圓床房，誰知536是別人接親的新房，到晚上的時候，隔壁536開始特別吵鬧，根本無法入睡，早上天不亮又開始接親了，整完都無法入睡。非常不滿意的一次出行！明明提前告知了前台，想安靜點！結果前台不考慮實際情況，安排了最吵鬧的房間！
