出差到處跑，難免遇到酒店硬件設施出現些問題，能理解。當晚值班人員和前廳經理黃子晴的服務態度和解決態度真的是讓人無可挑剔，所有的不愉快完全被她彌補了。整個前廳服務人員服務意識都很強，都很好。
最關鍵的是 每個人對客人的好都沒有任何目的性，完全沒人會主動要求好評，這一點真的是當今酒店服務業一股清流。

這家酒店的細節做的很不錯，位置方便好找，停車也非常方便還有充電樁可以使用。停車場的綠化環境做的也好，每天早起趕行程時，房間裏備好的掛耳咖啡，比買咖啡省時又方便。從出行便利到日常小需求都考慮得這麼周到，服務很棒，體驗感拉滿，大堂還有電腦打印機可以免費使用，前台小哥哥小姐姐也幫助打印資料，很優秀，必須五星好評推薦.

對比了好幾家最終選了這裏，完全超出預期。子晴辦理退房時速度超快，還主動詢問入住體驗，服務態度特別好。酒店設施齊全，健身房、送餐機器人都有，尤其是烘乾機太實用，解決了旅途洗衣的**煩，性價比真的沒得説！

環境太舒服了！大堂有休息區，沙發很軟，房間裏的空調温度調節方便，很舒適；洗衣機數量夠，衣服洗得快，烘乾也快；健身房的視野好，能看到後面河邊景色，運動心情好；前台服務很專業，解答問題很詳細，入住體驗很好，酒店的衞生做得很到位，房間還有小冰箱每個角落都很乾凈，讓人住得放心。出行特別方便！
