除了晚上用餐的經歷很讓人煩躁，服務差分也是給餐廳的，其他一切都很好！前台小姐姐給我們免費升級了房型，更寬敞了，設施齊全，雖然在山上，也很方便。房間隔音效果不錯，關上門基本聽不到外面的蟲鳴鳥叫聲。民宿有個小泳池和溪流，帶孩子玩了一天水。晚上在餐廳訂的烤肉，上餐很快，味道也不錯。但是吃到一半餐廳秒變KTV也是神奇，一羣人接連不斷地嚎，吵得根本沒辦法待，沒吃完就走了。餐廳那麼多房間，要唱K的顧客完全可以單獨在一個地方，為什麼要跟大家混在一起？我們也是花了真金白銀來消費的，憑什麼權益受不到保障呢？一天的好心情都被破壞了！

房間存在安全隱患哈，在二樓的欄桿都是搖的，不敢全身力靠上去，螺絲都沒上完，投影插頭也接觸不良，用不了。早餐也很一般，還那麼貴的房間不划算不值得

帶着家人出行，整體來説各方面都還滿意，這個季節溪水水量不大，但勝在清澈，有不少小魚蝌蚪。民宿整體環境也還不錯，有一定的特色，但帳篷屋到了白天很吸熱，得一直把空調開着。唯一不滿意的是快退房的時候（11點半左右）前台打電話提醒我十二點退房，我説我用攜程積分兑換了延遲兩小時退房的，前台説這個和他們沒關係，讓我和攜程聯繫，還説房間滿了。我沒多説，那就退唄，同時查了下當日房間 ，此房型還有空房。 就算當日滿房,都是12點就來辦入住的嗎？何況我還是兑換的權益，沒有佔便宜。雖然後來前台意識到解釋不妥，打電話來又説可以兩點退房了，這個時候也沒心情多呆了，十二點前退房走人。

這次的入住體驗很不錯，酒店節日氛圍濃厚，準備了豐富的親子活動和抽獎活動，跨年孩子玩的都不想睡覺了。早餐也有綿陽特色的米粉，味道正宗。酒店工作人員服務也很熱情，從辦理入住到退房都很專業，能及時迴應客人的需求，總體來説性價比很高，推薦給來此旅遊和度假的朋友，聽管家説節假日都有豐富的活動。

900多的房間，衞生像是根本沒打掃，桌子上有污漬，牆邊全部是灰，窗簾的灰根本不想用手摸，衞生間裏上個客人的假睫毛到處都是，洗個澡下水道根本流不下去水，都可以在裏面游泳了，想打前台連個座機都沒有，去餐廳吃飯根本沒有任何服務，請了幾個廉價暑假工，也不理人，吃的烤肉端上來的肉也不新鮮，筷子和夾子像是沒洗一樣……
