Very friendly staff and client oriented service, picturesque lake view from the balcony, perfect and huge outdoor playground, a lot of facilities: Lego room, children’s cinema, table tennis… We enjoyed it!
It was so nice to receive a cake and room decoration for the birthday from the hotel.
Highly recommend the hotel especially to families with kids!

除了晚餐那個99的火鍋菜品太少了以外，其餘都很不錯。早飯特別的豐盛，我不知道為什麼有人説早餐不好，這早餐絕對的豪華。湖景房真的很美，還可以游泳，喂小動物。不用出酒店就可以放鬆度假一整天。還不錯啦！

這次五一假期選擇入住綿陽首開喜來登酒店的親子套房，體驗感直接拉滿，必須給大家安利一波！
一進房間就被超有童趣的佈置驚艷到，孩子一看到就興奮得又跑又跳，完全挪不開眼，瞬間開啟屬於他的歡樂小天地。房間的空間十分寬敞，分區合理。親子套房巧妙地劃分出大人休息區和孩子活動區，互不幹擾。床品柔軟又親膚，躺上去舒適度滿分，床墊軟硬適中，讓我和家人都能享受一夜好眠。衞浴設施也很貼心，除了常規的成人用品，還配備了小童專用的洗漱用品、小浴袍和防滑凳，細節之處盡顯用心。
酒店的服務更是無可挑剔！從前台辦理入住時工作人員熱情的微笑和耐心解答，還給我們的小朋友送了小玩具呢。五一還多了很多的親子活動，比如親子農場，綿陽特色小吃街、小童影院、非遺麪塑、刺綉文創、草坪遊園會、等等。小童樂園簡直是孩子的快樂星球，各種遊樂設施安全又有趣，孩子在裏面玩得不想走，解放了我們家長的雙手。
這次五一入住綿陽首開喜來登酒店親子套房，無論是房間品質、服務水平，還是配套設施，都遠超預期。孩子玩得開心，我們住得舒心，絕對是親子出行的絕佳選擇，下次來綿陽還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！非常感謝Cynthia！

在仙海湖景區，湖景房風景超好，旁邊還有直升機可以體驗。
房間設施：比較齊全，如果小朋友的物品配備齊全會更好。
性價比：提前一個月定的，送了兩天晚餐還有乘船票，還有入住大禮包
早餐：個人覺得一般，沒有特別的
酒店小朋友玩的很多，室內外都有，還有寵物樂園，推薦親子游，很值得。
