The room was clean and the panda theme is nice. We like how the hand washing sink, toilet bowl and shower are separated. Location is good.

整體而言還是不錯的，綿竹城區內好點酒店不多，岷山天悦店算當地不錯的酒店了！環境和設施中規中矩，支持電視投屏點贊，但是穩定性和便易性一般！衞生服務都不錯！總的來説值得入住

酒店整體一般，又小又潮，床墊太軟了，對脊椎很不好，而且床墊鋪的床單特別滑，很容易滑摔，因為一屁股坐下去，已經滑摔了……
床品真的糟糕，被單都完全沒洗乾淨。
浴室衞生間也比較小，很擁擠，衞生收拾得並不徹底，枱麪也沒清潔過，水龍頭上幹了的水漬印記依然還在，毛巾都是黃的。
給我們安排的最尾的房間，晚上10點開始，開門的，大嗓門的，關門砰的一聲，各種聲音都有，完全就沒睡好。
早上早餐也是一言難盡，那些吃早飯的，窮勞餓瞎的，完全靠搶，幾輩子沒吃過嗎？
煮的麪，旁邊一個女的為了多搶兩碗，湯都灑了，差點兒還潑我身上了，就特別離譜。
那個佐料台，服務員看到也當沒看見，喊了半天來把地下的湯水處理了，完全不理。
那個煮麪的，她的頭髮掉碗裏面，居然淡定的用手捏出來……

幸虧那碗麪沒端……
這兒房卡等於擺設，因為神馬送外賣的，各種亂七八糟的人不需要刷卡也就能直接上來……
體驗感為0，不管是設施還是服務根本就配不上岷山的招牌。

房間看起來很舒服，特別是鏡子拍照出來很有感覺，酒店也有機器人送東西，電視機也可以投屏，感覺挺舒服智能的。之前朋友幫忙訂住的好像是特惠房型，這次自己訂的精緻房，感覺很不一樣，空間也大很多，以後還是會這家酒店這種房間，贊贊

房間不錯，衞生不錯，早餐不錯，整體都很好！
但是我一定要吐槽，作為一個四星級酒店，洗衣房居然沒有一個靠譜的烘乾機，還比不上沒星級的如家（如家是一個單獨滾筒洗衣機啊+單獨的滾用烘乾機）。
這裏僅有一個洗烘一體的洗衣機，一開始使用了洗➕烘功能三個多小時，完全沒幹。然後繼續使用單獨烘乾一小時的功能，也沒幹透。隔壁還有個奧克斯的簡易烘乾機，淘寶看了下價值一百多塊錢，咋説呢，不是説歧視一百多塊的烘乾機，畢竟是四星而且還是新開業沒多久的，這些設施還是要跟上吧！
反正一定要寫出來給大家參考，希望酒店考慮撥點預算換一個好點的烘乾機🙃🙃
