"Reviewing this hotel based on its luxury positioning and pricing. Room was nice with the onsen inside and good cleanliness. Snacks and healthy drinks were provided as well and free of charge. 2 public outdoor onsen areas - one naked area split by gender, one general swimsuit area. Very nice to have a free hot drink after soaking in the onsen. Breakfast had a good spread. Service was decent and friendly but not to the level of most luxury hotels. Note that check out time is rather early but it was not an issue for us as we were heading off to another place. Limited food options for dinner around the area within walking distance, your options are to have the hotel buffet dinner (which is of course more pricey) / 1-2 casual restaurants / convenience store food."

"The second stop of the three-day and two-night trip to Miaoli is Chocolate Cloud Village. It takes about 50 minutes to drive from the first stop, Sky City. Before entering the parking lot of the park, someone will collect the park fee, which is per person. It’s 200 yuan, but it can be used as a discount for 200 yuan of in-park consumption, which means if you buy any souvenir, entry to the park is free, hahahaha After buying the ticket and parking the car, there is a fish pond in front of you. You can buy fish feed to feed the fish. There are also some red-faced ginger ducks raised next to the fish pond. Could it be because winter is coming, are you ready to take supplements? Haha, next to the fish pond is the Chocolate Story Museum. There are many things in it that you can take pictures of. There is also a small cafe attached that sells some snacks and drinks. The consumption here can also be discounted with the admission ticket. In the Chocolate Story Museum Inside, you can see that this place has been in business for more than 20 years. It is really not simple. In addition to telling the complete chocolate story and production history, the park also includes hand-made experiences and the sale of chocolate peripheral products. After visiting the Story Hall, go inside and you will see the Chocolate Dream Hall. If you want to buy souvenirs, I would recommend buying them here instead of going down to the Story Hall because there are fewer types in the Story Hall. , and all the products in the Story Hall are available in the Dream Hall, haha In addition to the Story Hall and Dream Hall, what many people don’t know is that Chocolate Cloud Village actually provides accommodation services, because we have already booked other hotels, but if you want to experience a unique and complete chocolate journey, Chocolate Cloud Village Yunzhuang Base Camp is definitely the best place. A short video in the museum will immediately lead you into the vast world of chocolate. There is also a creative restaurant here where you can taste special dishes made with cocoa. If you are staying here , you can also sign up to try making chocolate by yourself, and then buy freshly baked toast and chocolate-related products as gifts. It can really add a lot of points to your journey^^"
