Spotless warm great amenities Fab host Mary was a lovely lady with a good knowledge of area. Could not have had more amenities in the room all was perfect Tea cofffee biscuits plentiful and very welcome Set in beautiful village with views across countryside

We spent two nights here en route from Scotland. By far it is the best B&B we have ever stayed in.Very comfortable with a lovely home from home feel - Mary was the perfect host, fab full English breakfast! Great location in the village which is a beautiful place and a great location for exploring the North Pennines. Highly recommended

We stayed here on our Pennine Way trek. Mary is a kind and gracious host who was also very helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The B & B is beautiful and spotless, comfortable bed … What more could you ask for!
