"It was all self-service, with no staff in sight. The problem was that I didn't receive any check-in notification from the hotel after booking. It took a long time to get an answer even after calling the hotel entrance. The alarm kept going off at night, and I took it off to find out it had expired and wasn't working. The next day, I checked out and found a locker on the first floor to store my luggage. After this experience, I wouldn't recommend staying here again."
