Apart from the noisy construction work right at the front door, there is nobody to assist with arrival, luggage, and no concierge either. Only ever one person on the front desk and not very happy either! A taxi will drop you on the road out front and then it’s up to you. Booked a Junior Suite for over €300 and it just was not up to standard. Lousy plumbing (not new to old Italian buildings), noisy, dull with lots of confusing light switches, air-con that sounds like a jumbo jet, and no tissues in bathrooms. So does that sound 5 Star? This hotel must have had some prestige back in the day but it would struggle to make a 3 Star ranking today. Location is not good either. Surrounded by graffiti and dirty looking buildings. A decent walk to Duomo, allow at least 15 minutes and very difficult to access Milano Central Station: at least 30 minutes and €30 in a taxi as the traffic is terrible with all the roadworks. Check out some more up to date pics! And stay elsewhere.

Great location — close but just far enough from the Duomo and relevant subway stops to make getting around Milan easy and quick. The staff was so friendly and helpful and clearly had our safety in mind. The room was right below the lively rooftop bar with a great view of the city. The room itself was small but perfect for me, my husband, and young adult son. The rooftop bar was fun and felt so glamorous, too! Their menu was on also topnotch, a great place to enjoy aperitivo and enjoy the nightfall sky. You could hear the slight thump of music from our rooms, but that didn’t bother us at all. The gentleman at the front desk was also so kind and helpful with all our questions from money exchange to metro stops to restaurant recommendations and even fashion advice!

The Hotel Brunelleschi is in a convenient location to the main attractions and amenities of Milan, a 5 minute walk in a safe location. The hotel is known for its' business travelers which is how we knew of the hotel from my husband's previous stays. It is clean and well appointed with a spacious lobby, restaurant and bar along with a large dining room on the lower level serving their breakfast buffet. The room was large,comfortable with an additional small sofa which was also a pull out bed. Multiple charges available. The bathroom was well outfitted with great fluffy towels. Generous breakfast buffet offered hot and cold items with a varied selection, even offering Proseco for those who wanted to make mimosas. Staff at the desk gracious and accommodating to questions and requests. Efficient in arranging our car transportation to the airport on departure.

Due to work, I've stayed in lots of hotels, in different countries. This is the first time I really wanted to have more time in the hotel. Lovely indoor facilities of course. But, there is this amazing park-area in the back. It looks like an endless forest but it's in the middle of Milano! A long breakfast, sitting in the outdoor area would have been so nice. The only thing that was good about this hotel is the location, AB 10 mins from the center.... BUT.... I have booked double room for only myself and it was supposed to be 18 kvm... when I got into the room it was far away from 18... more like 12... seems like they gave me the smallest room just bc I was alone even if I paid for a bigger room. After my complaint I got another room that was much better. On the reception they were trying to tell me that that was a standard double room, when I could clearly see on the map of rooms on the wall that that one was the smallest... felt like they put bigger bed and trying to sell it as double, be careful.... On their homepage it says that bathrobe is included, asked for it couple of times in the end they said.... no we don't have it only towels.... ehhh... 4 star hotel... would have been strange if there were no towels either.... There is no bar as it says on the page either... The reception is closed from 23... so no 24h service their either.... When I was checking out they wanted me to pay City taxes that I have already paid on the day of the arrival... Honestly I don't really know why they still keep their stars...

The very spacious rooms have slippers, toothpaste and toothbrushes. Complimentary water is also provided. The location is very convenient. There is a Japanese restaurant nearby for a few days, it is very fresh. Italian food is not praised on the street and is quite edible, not to mention large quantities. Breakfast at the hotel is relatively basic. It starts too late. If you don't have time to eat after a few days, leave the house. Don't order breakfast next time. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The first night was inexperienced. Swelling of the bridge of the nose. Mosquitoes woke up in the middle of the night and killed 6 bloody mosquitoes in one night. The next day, before going to bed, four or five mosquitoes appear, and the doors and windows are closed. I don't know where these mosquitoes fly. Other hotels have mosquitoes in the background too, which is awesome.

There are only 10 rooms in the hotel - a room and a suite on each floor - we had a suite on Level 3. I chose this hotel as I wanted to feel like I was in Italy, not in a modern hotel that could be anywhere and this certainly fit the bill. Our suite was very spacious - with an entry area and a large bathroom off that and then the bedroom which is at the front of the hotel. It's rather sp****ly furnished but what is in there is just lovely. The breakfasts are fantastic and all done a la carte. The breakfasts are actually done in the adjoining restaurant (but there's a door through from the hotel) and we found the staff very accommodating to what we wanted to order - even for my gluten-free requirements. The location is perfect for exploring the key sites of Milan inc. the Duomo and also close to restaurants and bars. There is a rooftop area but to be honest it wasn't that great and we didn't use it. Apparently the restaurant uses it in the evening and charges 20 Euro for a drink and snack there - except on a Sunday when they don't operate so using the terrace is free. But we much preferred to be out in the many cafes nearby rather than the rooftop! It was very clean and the room had a very comfortable bed! The hotel has limited amenities being very small but overall I think it was fantastic value for money and we'd stay here again.

I stayed for the second time in this facility for its comfort and strategic location. Excellent for those like me who travel alone x work, metro and services in the immediate vicinity. It should be noted that as a rental room there are not the same services as the hotel but x me is the top.

To tell the truth, I didn't expect it at all. Nevertheless, access was good, facilities were clean and betrayed in a good way. The exterior of the building is old, and there were some things that I was worried about, such as the cheapness of the veranda The interior is generally clean and compact because it has been renovated. If you don't care about the small size of a single bed or the small size of the room, you should be able to stay satisfactory. This area is the best hotel in Cospa and should feel easy to use for Japanese business hotel use. The restaurant opposite is also delicious, so it's a recommended point in that sense. I think I will repeat it in the future.
