Dreams Hotel Residenza Pianell 10

Rude and unwelcoming staff is the perfect title for my review. I was in this residence together with 3 other couples of friends for our luck ONLY for 3 days. Upon our arrival at the residence we have NOT found anyone to welcome us and after numerous calls I am informed that the place for check-in and key collection is in a different area. (So after a day and with two children, unquestionably tired, we look for the right place for Milan). The education of the check-in girl is a topic to be overlooked since she had the ability to interrupt our conversation on the phone by pressing the "end call" button. If you do not have the skills and the patience to do certain jobs, it is better to do something else !!! In all this an ADVANCE payment was requested for 3 apartments with 10 beds and upon our arrival the children's double bed was NOT even present. I enclose below the confirmation of our rooms in case someone doubts my reservation ... Other than DREAM HOTEL ... .. The "DREAM HOTEL" are others and above all in this type of hotel education REWARDS which here is nothing short of Unknown !!! Best Regards Alessandra

Experience to forget! Fortunately, I was a guest of this structure for only a few days. The rudeness, the rudeness and the lack of professionalism of the staff are the masters! We have not even been advised of half of the things you need to know, first of all that the check-in is done 5 km from the rented apartments in another separate location, they are not able to give you help and support because they are highly incapable and listless and not only, in a rude way they also hang up the phone in your face! Very sad experience! I highly recommend the staff to change jobs! But above all I advise everyone to change the structure! Look for more! Ps: I am attaching a copy of the reservation that certifies my presence in this structure!

The shower didn't work two out of three days. When did it work and lasted for only one person out of 5 !!!!! Key collection and miles away in a shopping mall. If you require an option such as parking or a double key you have to go back to the shopping center. We spent a salary on taxis

Un lieve ritardo (4 minuti) non mi ha permesso di alloggiare in questo hotel. Nessuna assistenza o flessibilità nè tantomeno la possibilità di avere un rimborso, da parte del personale o dei numeri che avevo come contatti. Capisco la rigidezza applicata come stile di gestione ma in ottica cura dei clienti la cosa non è apprezzata per niente. Ovviamente cancellato da qualsiasi opzione di scelta futura.
