Joy 124 Hotel Milano

Hotel is not bad but location is far and not convenient. Not a bad option for family and couple staying.

Really modern hotel and everything here just look great and comfort. The staff also very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel was very clean,good location 8 min walk to metro and 15 min to Milano Centrale. The staff were very nice and they also offer luggage storage if you need to store luggage .

The most unprofessional front desk staff. My front desk manager, Sophie, gave me the worst experience—amateurish and arrogant. The first room I was given had a dirty shower, and there was a kettle and coffee bags left at the door. When I informed the front desk about this, it still remained outside my room for half an hour. When I went downstairs to ask Sophie, she told me those items weren't hotel property. Then I requested a room change and was moved to a smaller room, only to find hair on the bed. I asked for another change, but the third room also had unknown hair on it, and Sophie never apologized. Without a doubt, she is an amateur, rude, and disrespectful person who ruined my trip to Milan.

Room is clean, air conditioning is strong, it is super lovely when you travel during heat wave period. Location is good, near central station, there is supermarket near hotel.

It’s okay, not very close from Milan Centrale. Amenities are average. They don’t have any tea/coffee in the room but it’s provided on request. But the kettle provided was in such a bad condition with stains on it. Otherwise, the room was clean.

A clean hotel, 15 mins walk from train station. Quiet n modern so its good to stay.
