Great location, very close to the city center; Rich breakfast with good taste coffee; excellent services by very friendly staff; nicely decorated room; good atmosphere in the lobby and garden in the middle

This hotel is in a great location in close proximity to the Duomo. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a premium room by which was a decent size and nicely furnished. The downside was the room was very warm and there was a lot of road noise coming from outside, even with the windows closed. The breakfast was alright but hot items like eggs, bacon bits and sausages were cold which was disappointing. The overall experience in this hotel was good however wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. There was also a lack of space in places to sit comfortably and have a drink. The upside is there were plenty of options outside the hotel for eating & drinking.

Hotel in great location n newly renovated. Reception staff Joyce is exceptionally good and even waiters in restaurant are well trained and give impeccable service. We love Indigo so much we’re already planning our next trip to Milan

Nice modern hotel close to the city center. Underground parking is 2 mins away which is very convenient. Breakfast is good. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel located in the center of Milan, rooms are modern and spacious and the service is attentive. Mid water pressure in the shower box made it less pleasant than I wished for, no proper desk to work from in the standard room.

Hotel location is okay however the rooms have no sound proof and you are able to hear all the noise from the dining area and from the housekeeping

Check in was smooth and the room is big. Location of the hotel is quite good, will recommend to anyone going to Milan. Will stay again!

Indigo is a must-stay hotel in Milan every time I go on a business trip:). It has convenient transportation. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to dumo and 5 minutes to walk to Napoleon Shopping Street. There is also Cova, which is a must-visit every time I go there. It is really eight streets away from Cova in China. The hotel breakfast brand is okay, mainly delicious mixed berry yogurt bowls. After one bowl, I feel that I have satisfied my VC for the whole day. There is also a Chinese restaurant Xinfuji downstairs. After a few days of western food, I rely on it. The boss and his family are kind and amiable. The block behind the hotel is also very suitable for citywalk. It is surrounded by high-end residential areas and is relatively safe. Several Internet celebrity cafes are also nearby. You must try the crispy bread and coffee at loste cafe. There is also a Carrefour Express 2 minutes walk. If you don’t want to go out for dinner, you can buy some things and DIY in your room, but remember that the store will be closed on Sundays, so don’t go out.

The hotel's address is great, the cathedral and shopping area are within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious and the facilities in the room are very good. But!!! They put me on the 1st floor! It's just a mezzanine! The lighting is very poor, the ceiling is very low, and the room is warm after the air conditioner is on all night. The window is lower than my sight line, and I bend down to look out the window (so the lighting is poor). From the outside, the windows on the 1st floor are 1/3 of the windows above the 2nd floor! The ones above are all real floor-to-ceiling windows! I don't know why they allocate rooms like this!

The geographical environment is first-class, and it is conveniently located about five to ten minutes away from Milan Cathedral.

Milan is like this, the room is bigger and the price has gone up I came again a year later, the waiter in the restaurant still remembered me and happily chatted with me The location is perfect, shopping and the cathedral are all within walking distance There are Chinese and Japanese restaurants at the entrance of the hotel The hotel has a rich breakfast and delicious coffee

Location: quite convenient, located in the center of Milan, 10-15 minutes walk from Milan Cathedral, 10 minutes by taxi from Milan Railway Station (2-3 kilometers) Hotel service: the staff is quite warm and friendly, there will be someone to help with luggage when checking in, and the staff will send you to the room after checking in (no tipping) Hotel facilities: the room facilities are standard, and the rooms along the street may be noisy (the windows are not well sealed)

The location was good and it was safe for two girls.
