Overall, it was quite good. The staff were friendly, and it was a decent, reliable stay that didn't disappoint.

The hotel was very clean and also in the heart of Milan. I love staying there the location works so good, but some staff is not really friendly.

The front desk staff are rather strict, but many of them are kind — they allowed me to store my luggage and told me that the restroom is on the lower floor. Breakfast is basic, not very diverse, but has all the essentials.

The room was nice, service was good, and the location was also great. The only downside was the ongoing renovation outside, which started at 8 AM and was quite noisy. I went out early in the morning to explore the old castle and the park. There's a delicious pasta place nearby, run by Wenzhou natives; I recommend their asparagus and shrimp pasta.

Very close to the central train station, within walking distance. The front desk was great; they let me check in early in the morning. It was clean and tidy, just a tiny bit small. They even provided a complimentary bottle of water, which is quite rare for a European hotel.

Our room was on the first floor, but still required climbing a few steps, and the elevator wasn't available. There was no staff to help, so we had to lug our 20+ kg suitcases up and down the stairs ourselves. The room was tiny and the amenities were basic, similar to a budget chain hotel like Home Inn or Hanting in China, yet it cost over 4000 yuan a night (without breakfast!). The hotel only provided one complimentary bottle of water per day (though two were placed, a card clearly stated only one was free), which felt incredibly stingy and completely out of line with the price. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible. We could hear everything: the upstairs pipes, cars on the street (our window faced the road directly, and we were on the first floor), and even people showering next door. We couldn't get any decent sleep at night! The worst part was that after checking in, I quickly searched on Trip.com for other hotels nearby and found a Hilton with availability (suitable for two adults and one child) for under 4000 yuan, and it was a suite! So, choosing this hotel was definitely a rip-off! It was the worst value-for-money hotel we stayed at during our two-week European trip. This same room type normally costs just over 1000 yuan outside of the Olympics, so I paid a premium of 3000 yuan. Shouldn't Trip.com do something about situations like this? Also, I recommend investigating whether this hotel discriminates against Chinese guests. We were only allowed to stay on the first floor and couldn't use the elevator, while I personally saw other Caucasian guests using the elevator to go upstairs. Was it a coincidence or intentional?

Excellent! It's small but has everything you need and is very clean. The front desk staff are polite, and they provide complimentary water daily, along with comfortable toiletries. There's a small chapel nearby where hymns are sung every day, and the hotel's surroundings are very quiet.

A great hotel, just a 4-minute walk from Milan Central Station. It's clean, and the service is good. I rented a room with a sofa bed, and there's a partition between the main bed and the sofa bed.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the central station, making train travel very convenient. The airport train also stops at the station, taking about 40 minutes. The shuttle bus to the outlet mall is also nearby. The hotel breakfast is quite generous, and there's a church right across from the breakfast room.

Close to the train station and metro, so very convenient for transport and feels safe. The room was clean, but a bit pricey, probably because of the Winter Olympics happening in Milan. I only stayed one night before heading to Venice.
