Check the area before booking. The room is too small. The lights in the room suddenly turned on. All facilities are average. The location is okay. Suitable for low-income people and people with sleep insensitivity. Overall dissatisfied.

4-star price hotel🏨...I just think it's a 3-star service...The location is not particularly good.
However, there are good restaurants nearby.
Hotel staff is super inefficient..
There is noise in the room. Ask the hotel to deal with it. Waiting for an hour to deal with it...Can't deal with it. There are many excuses.
The overall service is not very good. It doesn't feel like a four-star hotel at all.
The only thing worth mentioning is that the housekeeping is clean

Good location from the main area. The staff at the front desk of the hotel was polite and I was able to spend comfortably from beginning to end. It was great to be able to go around sightseeing spots with delicious food ✨

I stayed there for 4 nights in Milan and it was the worst four nights of my life. The host was EXTREMELY UNWELCOMING and yelled at me if I asked any questions. The worst part was that I found BED BUGS on the best and then they gave me another room and that’s where I found bed bug poop and get bitten even more. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! now all of my belongings and my house are exposed to bed bugs and I’m in great distress during the holidays. Please stay away!!!!!!

Originally I was put in room the size of a closet, literally, I could not fit my very modest suit case there. No wardrobe, no desk, nothing ... I asked for a different room, but was told that I can upgrade for additional price. After I complained to *******, next day my room was upgraded for free. Although a better room, it still fell short of 4 star hotel. No room service, very basic conditions. What was particularly upsetting is that WiFi connection WAS NOT SECURE. I was intended to work from there and was not able to.

Good location, friendly staff, nice and clean, decent price. Be forewarned, I'm used to small rooms in Europe, and while it was a little on the small side, the shower is impossibly small. Smallest I have ever seen. If you are larger, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere

Room was beautiful and had a balcony too, on the modern side of things and very walkable from Milano centrale. Near subway too.
